Proudly Serving Woodstock, GA

The Kia Soul is a compact wagon with big ideas. Boldly styled with a roomy cabin, the 2018 Soul is available in conventional and electric versions that are economical yet frisky. The reliable Soul and Soul EV are backed by Kia’s famous 10-year powertrain warranty.

Gasoline Engines

Kia Soul offers three gasoline engines, starting with a 1.6-liter I-4 making 130 horsepower, 118 lb-ft of torque, and fuel economy of 25 city/30 highway mpg with the automatic 7-speed automatic mpg. It’s the only model that also offers a 6-speed manual, which returns 24/30 mpg. You can upgrade to a 2.0-liter I-4 with 161 horsepower, 150 lb-ft and 25/30 mpg. The top engine is a 1.6-liter turbo-4 delivering 201 horsepower, 195 lb-ft and 26/31 mpg.

Electric Motor

Kia Soul EV doesn’t use a drop of gasoline. It’s motivated by an A/C synchronous permanent magnet motor producing 109 horsepower, 210 lb-ft of torque, and equivalent mileage of 124 city/93 highway MPGe. You can drive up to 111 miles on a full charge. DC Fast Charging takes half an hour, and about 5 hours using a 240-volt outlet. Charging on a regular 120-volt outlet takes 33 hours. The charge port sits in the front, behind a grille.

Features

The 2018 Soul comes in three trims: Base, Plus (+) and Exclaim (!). You can get the electric Soul in EV and EV+ trims, both sporting a heated steering wheel and front seats, a DC Fast Charge port, ultra-quiet operation and eco-friendly materials. All models include air conditioning, tilt/telescoping steering wheel, Bluetooth connectivity, and drive mode function. Higher level trims add larger wheels and upgraded materials. Soul EV+ boasts heated rear seats, leather seating and an available panoramic sunroof. Available safety features include lane-departure warning, blind-spot detection, adaptive cruise control and autonomous emergency braking.
