Good waiting area not the best for kids despite the kid zone it only has a Tv and a chair other than that glad I can see the mechanic shop from the waiting area to see what progress my car is in. Bathroom were very good

Kyle. was our sale guy. but everyone was nice patient and super helpful. being a single mom with two kids with autusim. a vehicle isnt a luxury its a necessity. Kyle and the team made sure to get us what se needed and waited while I transfered insurance. super great place and people. highly recommend!

Emmanuel, mechanic, diagnosed and repaired vehicle. Learned about top-tier gas.com. Encourage purchasing better quality gas at QT, Costco, etc. as preventative maintenance.
Nice sales rep internet sales and Kyle. Lackluster unsatisfactory finance manager Ahmed. Finance didn't demonstrate customer service. Pushed papers to close deal without addressing customer questions.
Everything about this transaction went smoothly. Eric was energetic and made the whole process fun and exciting.
I Drove 2 1/2 hrs I spoke with Natalie the nite before on a used 2025 Kia Sorrento told her I was heading there the next day . They sold it before I got there . They had 2 new ones I was interested in . By the time I got there was told they were sold . They did have another one which I Purchased Zion was nice new to the business what he didn’t know he was quick to find out. Exceptional service. I had an appointment for 9:30, I arrived at 9:15 and the services representative was there and started the service documentation promptly. Service was performed timely and professionally, and the documentation of inspections and service was provided by text message and in paper form. The waiting area was very neat, clean, and snacks and refreshments were provided for customers. This is by far the best service facility both in service quality and waiting amenities.
I can’t say enough good things about Kyle Ehmig and my experience at Carriage Kia of Woodstock. I recently purchased a 2027 Kia Telluride X-Line SX Prestige, and from beginning to end, the entire experience was seamless.

Latest visit to service for a popping noise right above both front seats when hit bumps or go around a corner. Started at about 200 miles! Left car with service with about 5 video clips demonstrating the noise, Next day get the car back, they drove car 6 miles and were unable to duplicate the concern. THey lubricated some areas in a nd around the sunroof and headliner. Car made popping noise 3 times before I got out of the parking lot. Plan to take back again this week and drive them around until they can hear the NOISE!
Sale process was the usual--get their price-make offer, leave come back a week later, start over make same offer 3 times, get up ready to leave and eventually make the deal i offered work.
Mason there was so helpful and very knowledgeable and the whole process was easier than I thought to get a new vehicle. The financial advisor was very transparent and friendly as well! I highly recommend checking out this location!

Kelly was nice and accommodating. Financing was a struggle having to fight for a good rate. Luckily I'm informed enough to know but if i wasn't you would not blink an eye to take advantage.

Kim Kellam , my service advisor, was tireless in finding the most economical solution to the door handle/keyless entry issues with my 2019 Kia Niro. I also appreciated that I could arrange same day diagnostic instead of having to leave my car there. As an extra bonus, the waiting area was pleasant and stocked with snacks and drinks.

Got me a great loaner. Fixed my car quickly and got it back to me quick and cleaner than when i dropped it off. couldnt be happier

As far as I’m concerned, everything went well, but I think they should provide an estimated timeframe for basic services. My criticism concerns the time it took just for an oil change and tire rotation: I arrived at 10:45 AM for an 11:00 AM appointment, and I didn't get my car back until 2:00 PM. I didn't like that aspect, though everything else was fine.
I rarely leave a car dealership or service center having a notably great experience but Kim in Service was above and beyond during our last visit! Highly recommend using Carriage for your next service appointment. They were quick, transparent, and did not push extras on us after we politely declined.
Kelly on the sales team and Jonathan with the finance team are incredible. They have helped us with three new vehicles this year and each time exceeding our expectations and matching us with the exact features we were wanting in each car. We will be back with business in the future!
