Pretty low stress in general, good communication Everyone was very nice I wasn't pressured, and got a lot of time to drive the vehicle we ended up buying
Sales was great. Finance guy was pushy and didn't use the bank we selected with was our bank. He made a comment about the vehicle were purchased being bad.
Actually tried to buy my 2025 kia telluride here. Didn't go well. Bought it from their other dealership in Alpharetta. Had an issue it. went here for service. Andrew and Teresa were amazing. Got me a great loaner. Fixed my car quickly and got it back to me quick and cleaner than when i dropped it off. couldnt be happier

As far as I’m concerned, everything went well, but I think they should provide an estimated timeframe for basic services. My criticism concerns the time it took just for an oil change and tire rotation: I arrived at 10:45 AM for an 11:00 AM appointment, and I didn't get my car back until 2:00 PM. I didn't like that aspect, though everything else was fine.
I rarely leave a car dealership or service center having a notably great experience but Kim in Service was above and beyond during our last visit! Highly recommend using Carriage for your next service appointment. They were quick, transparent, and did not push extras on us after we politely declined.
Kelly on the sales team and Jonathan with the finance team are incredible. They have helped us with three new vehicles this year and each time exceeding our expectations and matching us with the exact features we were wanting in each car. We will be back with business in the future!

Bought my 2026 Kia K5 GT from them in the midst of a minor vehicular emergency (the old one's transmission gave up). Great service, friendly, compassionate people. Outrageous pricing. 10 under engine splash shield bolts quoted for $50. That's $5 per bolt. I passed on it. I can buy them at Walmart for about $1 each.

My EV6 is always serviced at Carriage KIA. They have always been on time and honest about all their work. Unfortunately, my windshield was shattered a couple of weeks ago. I tried to use the insurance company approved glass installer. Despite their claims, they could not calibrate or even start my windshield replacement. I took the car to Carriage KIA. Service department reps, Andrew Frankel and Kim Kellam, coordinated all the work with the new glass company. Their tech perfectly calibrated my safety systems and Kim even advocated on my behalf with the glass company.

Very Nice Dealer, saw the Truck Friday at 15:00 buy 20:00 had my number and everything I needed to know if I can buy it. Saturday drove down 1 later all the paperwork was done. Had wait a little for the truck to be serviced but I didn't mind that. Highly recommend this place very honest no shady haggling super friendly. Wish every dealer would be like this. We were asked to bring in our 2023 Sorento for some warranty service and after some minor confusion of what the service was for they performed the service quickly and efficiently. They even washed our car and filled our tires without having to be asked. Our service Advisor, Robert Judy and Service Manager, Steven Albright made sure that everything was done to our satisfaction.
