I’ve bought 4 vehicles from this dealership and my experience has been extremely pleasant every time. No pressure, no hassles. They are prompt, courteous, and respectful. I work with one salesman here who is fantastic. James Wind is a fantastic associate and is another reason why I frequently purchase from this dealership. Their sales managers are great and accommodating. The buying process is efficient and very smooth. Always have a great selection of cars that meet my needs.

Outrageous pricing. 10 under engine splash shield bolts quoted for $50. That's $5 per bolt. I passed on it. I can buy them at Walmart for about $1 each.
Very straight forward and honest. Not pushy and very helpful even after the purchase was complete. Juan showed me how to use the technology in the car and how to navigate the app. He also reached out the next day to see if I had any questions. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a new car.
My EV6 is always serviced at Carriage KIA. They have always been on time and honest about all their work. Unfortunately, my windshield was shattered a couple of weeks ago. I tried to use the insurance company approved glass installer. Despite their claims, they could not calibrate or even start my windshield replacement. I took the car to Carriage KIA. Service department reps, Andrew Frankel and Kim Kellam, coordinated all the work with the new glass company. Their tech perfectly calibrated my safety systems and Kim even advocated on my behalf with the glass company.

Very Nice Dealer, saw the Truck Friday at 15:00 buy 20:00 had my number and everything I needed to know if I can buy it. Saturday drove down 1 later all the paperwork was done. Had wait a little for the truck to be serviced but I didn't mind that. Highly recommend this place very honest no shady haggling super friendly. Wish every dealer would be like this. When I returned for first service I worked with Robert Judy and had some interaction with the service manager as well. They were great too! Everyone was so kind and patient. Have all my work done here. They are great, they have things (seldom have the dreaded back order), getting an appointment is not an arduous process, and I’ve never had a problem with their work. That’s all you can ask for. I go up from Atlanta for that exact reason.

We were asked to bring in our 2023 Sorento for some warranty service and after some minor confusion of what the service was for they performed the service quickly and efficiently. They even washed our car and filled our tires without having to be asked. Our service Advisor, Robert Judy and Service Manager, Steven Albright made sure that everything was done to our satisfaction.

I have had my cars serviced here a few times. I had an issue under warrenty that they could have easliy fixed the symptom (cheaper and quicker for them), but given it was a repeating error, they went deep and worked hard to get it fixed the right way. Fingers crossed! Kyle Boatman is great to work with and you can tell he genuinely cares!

If you buy a used vehicle from this dealership make sure you have enough money to pay for an extended warranty because we assumed that the vehicle they sold us would be reliable and it has not been. We bought a 2014 Forte that showed signs of excessive oil consumption within a few months of purchase. After purchasing the vehicle we learned that the engine is known to have oil consumption issues and was involved with a class action law suit.
